Only when Party-Bags.Net have confirmed your order does the binding contract between customer and Party-Bags.Net begin. Party-Bags.Net will only provide goods to customers who agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Party-Bags.Net reserve the right to make amendments to our web page to ensure that our Terms and Conditions are accurate and to improve our service to our customers. Customers are bound by these changes.
PRICING
All prices listed on the Party-Bags.Net web site are inclusive of V.A.T but not delivery charges where applicable. Party-Bags.Net reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Party-Bags.Net will not amend prices after an order has been placed.
ORDERING
Placing an order with Party-Bags.Net could not be easier. Simply select the items you want to purchase in your shopping basket. When you are happy with your order and have filled in your bank details, just click and send to us.
Party-Bags.Net will e-mail you to confirm your order. We will also e-mail you to confirm that your goods have been dispatched. The second e-mail will also act as your receipt of purchase.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most products listed on the Party-Bags.Net web site are held in stock and are available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event of any products becoming temporarily out of stock which may affect order fulfillment the customer will be contacted either by e-mail or telephone. An alternative may be offered.
The contents of the party bags vary due to availability.
Please note it's your responsibility to ensure that the contents of the bag are suitable for the age of the child.
In the event of any product becoming unavailable through our network of suppliers, these products will be removed from the Party-Bags.Net range and replaced with a similar quality product.
CANCELLED ORDERS
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund if any money has been paid to Party-Bags.Net. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days and returned to Party-Bags.Net, if the goods have not yet already been dispatched.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Goods can be returned to Bells Party and money refunded if returned within 7 days. Money will only be refunded if goods are not damaged, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Money refunded will be minus the delivery cost to Party-Bags.Net. It is recommended that customers keep proof of sending, when returning goods. Refunds will not be made if returns are lost in transit and proof of posting is not provided.
Party-Bags.Net has the right to refuse payment if it is felt that goods have been broken or damaged due to miss use of the product. All money paid will be returned within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Customers have the option to purchase goods on line. All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Paypal payments are accepted.
Cash & Cheque payments are not accepted.
When making a payment to Party-Bags.Net we take every care to ensure your personal information is safe. For optimal security Part-Bags.Net uses the Paypal payment gateway. Any personal details supplied to Party-Bags.Net will not be passed to any third parties or mailing lists. However, Party-Bags.Net with our customers permission only will be sent promotional information. Customers not wishing to have information, should inform us of this when placing an order.
